OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
For products purchased through arenabarefoot.com and delivered within the United States, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery as part of our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.
If your Arena Barefoot shoes aren't the right fit for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once your eligible return is received and processed, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. There are no return shipping fees for eligible U.S. returns or exchanges.
At this time, free returns and exchanges are available only for orders delivered within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and international exchanges may not be available.
- We recommend trying your shoes on indoors on a clean surface until you're sure you'd like to keep them. To qualify for a return or exchange, shoes must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and materials. Shoes showing significant wear, damage, alteration, or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine fit and comfort may not qualify for a refund.
- Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation, and so those, and all packaging and labelling, must also be returned undamaged, along with the product(s).
- Products purchased through arenabarefoot.com must be returned or exchanged in accordance with this policy.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us at info@arenabarefoot.com and we'll make it right.
Please note: Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email once your return has been processed and we have issued your refund.
How to Return & Exchange
If the above guidelines have been met, please contact info@arenabarefoot.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return or exchange.
• We'll provide eligible U.S. customers with a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
• Pack the shoes securely with their original packaging and materials.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested replacement is unavailable, we'll issue a refund instead.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your return arrives.
